By default, when you do a "build all" in Visual Studio, it compiles  
all projects but skips the INSTALL one. We could probably just disable  
the skipping of the INSTALL project. That way, "build all" would  
compile everything and then install everything in the right place.  
This is what I do when testing patches for OSG and debugging works  
fine in that case.
