[osg-submissions] bug in PagedLOD Copy

Hi All,
I hit a bug when making a copy of a PagedLOD node, the copy has lost 
it's _databasePath and can no longer load it's childen.
attached is a zip'ed
OpenSceneGraph\src\osg\PagedLOD.cpp

with
     _databasePath(plod._databasePath),
added in the copy function.
