[osg-submissions] Added method setRenderTargetImplementatin to osgSim::Overlaynode

Thanks Brad, changes now merged and submitted to SVN.  BTW, there has
been a few improvements to OverlayNode since 2.0 so it would be worth
trying out the 2.1.5 dev release that I'll be making this morning.
Thanks also for updating the support page.
