Try setting the environment variable _NT_SOURCE_PATH to point at your
sources. You can set it to a list of directories separated by semicolons.
This used to work at VC7.1 I don't know if it does with VC8. Remember you
have to reload the development environment to get it to pick it up.

Yes, I've tried that.  But VS is definitely finding the pdb files and
loading symbols.  It just isn't finding the source.
