At present there is no way to suspend the frame call for a specific
GraphicsWindow, the viewer calls frame for all its associated
GraphicsWindows.

Perhaps in future we should added support for switching on/off whole
GraphicWindows.  This will be a bit complicated internally but should
be doable.
